Common Pricing Questions
At TellMyCell all incoming messages are absolutely free. If you sign up for a monthly plan you can cancel it at anytime. There are no contracts to sign and no obligations.
There's always a fast, efficient way to reach a member of the TellMyCell team. You can give us a call or chat with us from 10AM to 7PM Eastern. We monitor our support ticketing system 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Most support tickets are resolved in less than two hours.
When you buy credits in bulk, for your Pay & Go account, we'll apply the following discounts:

If you are on a monthly plan all of your Additional Credit purchases are discounted at your plan's rate.
There are no limits to the number of contacts or groups you can maintain in your TellMyCell Account. Any contact can also belong to multiple groups.
While you'll never have to sign a contract with TellMyCell, if you choose to pre-pay for a year, we'll discount your monthly plan by 20%. Call us at 212-255-7029 for a pre-paid discount.

Keywords allow your customers to join your list by texting your Keyword to our short code 88202. Try it now by texting CITYTHREADS to 88202. You can customize the response to whatever you like for each Keyword that you setup on our short code.
If you are on Pay & Go, the Anytime Credits you purchase will never expire. If you are on a monthly plan, your Plan Credits refresh every 30 days based on the initial date you started the monthly plan (not on the calendar month). Please note, Plan Credits do not roll over. If you purchase additional Anytime Credits they will never expire.
